How far in advance should I book catering for a Weddington or Waxhaw event?

The standard minimum is 48–72 hours for most orders. For bridal showers, baby showers, and events over 25 guests, we recommend 5–7 days advance notice. For awards ceremonies, corporate events, and graduation parties, 5–7 days is also recommended to allow full customization. Holiday season events (November–January) and spring graduation season (May–June) book out quickly across Union County — we recommend 2–3 weeks advance notice during those windows. Same-day and next-day availability may exist for smaller orders — contact us directly to check.

Is delivery really free all the way to Weddington, Waxhaw, and Marvin?

Yes. Free delivery is included on qualifying catering orders to Weddington, Waxhaw, Marvin, and Hembstead. We do not charge a distance fee or delivery surcharge for Union County delivery. What we quote is what you pay. For events significantly outside our standard service area, we occasionally apply a travel fee for very large events — we always disclose this upfront before you confirm anything.
